Scrambled tofu One tub of nutritional yeast will sort you out for the year, and the incredible cheesy flavour it brings more than justifies a trip to Holland & Barrett. 1 tbsp olive oilIn a frying pan over a medium heat, add the oil then the tofu chunks. Fry for a minute to allow some of the water to evaporate, then add in turmeric, garlic powder, nutritional yeast and your choice of vegetables.
