Three of the students are from Ellet High School and three are from Firestone High School.
AKRON, Ohio — Six students, including three student-athletes, are now facing criminal charges in connection with a riot that broke out after a high school football game earlier this month that resulted in police using pepper spray to stop the fighting.
The fight broke out near a locker room after the game and involved players, students and spectators, police say. Officers at the game tried to break up the fight and eventually had to use pepper spray in order to disperse the crowed.Akron Beacon Journal reports
