Equites Property Fund, the specialist owner and developer of prime logistics in SA and the UK, says its robust property portfolio fundamentals continue to drive strong operational performance.

For the six months to end-August, Equites reported portfolio vacancies of 0.1% with 97.5% of its revenue derived from A-grade tenants. Together with a weighted average lease agreement of 13.9 years, these fundamentals all provided a high degree of income certainty over a sustained period. ..
