Comedian and TV presenter Les Dennis is ready to show off his dancing skills - but also admits that they could be limited to 'grandad moves' and hopes minimal lycra is involved

The 70-year-old, known for leading hit quiz show Family Fortunes, is ready to don his dancing shoes... and some lycra.

Les admitted, "A 70-year-old man in lycra isn't necessarily the best thing to look at. So, I'm sure they will keep me dignified in a Strictly way." "Dad dancing, basically," Les laughed. "In fact, I take that dad dancing into grandad dancing level now."I'm coming up to 70 this year and if I'm still in, I'll have my 70th birthday on the show and I just thought, you know what, why not? I'm up for a challenge. I always do things that are outside my comfort zone.

And of course, Rose Ayling-Ellis was incredible. Ed Balls was hilarious it gives an older guy a little bit of hope. Tony Adams, I thought was again, a real sport and got further than he expected to. Of course, you know, my friend Debbie McGee was incredible. Leslie Joseph, is another friend of mine, so I loved watching her.
