Amy Dowden has shared a moving message to the Princess of Wales after an update was shared following her cancer diagnosis. Kate Middleton has been undergoing a preventative course of chemotherapy after the announcement in March.
The emotional video features cutaway clips of the Princess enjoying an outdoor walk and time on the beach with her loved ones, Prince William and children George, Charlotte and Louis, in Norfolk over the summer. "As the summer comes to an end, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment," she is heard saying. "The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family. Life as you know it can change in an instant and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown..."
Following the release of the video, Strictly Come Dancing star Amy, who herself has gone through treatment having been diagnosed with breast cancer last year, reshared the post to her Instagram Story. She then later emotionally said: "With you @princeandprincessofwales. Side by side, hand in hand."
