Amy Dowden sent a sweet message of support to her Strictly Come Dancing co-stars as she is unable to take part in the series following her cancer diagnosis.
The BBC ballroom dancing show returned last weekend as the pairings of the 15 celebrities with their partners was revealed, and now tonight’s episode will see them all make their dancefloor debut. Ahead of the live show, Amy took to Instagram to share a sweet message for her Strictly family. Amy's co-stars flocked to the comments to thank her, as Giovanni Pernice wrote: "Lova ya darling," and Vita Coppola penned: "YOU WITH US ALWAYS. We miss youuu. Love youuuu".
This comes after Amy shared a heartbreaking video earlier this week where her loved ones could be seen helping her shave her head. Sharing the video on Instagram, Amy wrote: "Taking control- The hardest step so far. I tried my best to save it. I know it’s only hair but these past few months I’ve had what feels like so much taken away from me that has made me not feel like Amy.
