EXCLUSIVE: A source close Strictly Come Dancing hits back at claims
Strictly Come Dancing are not struggling to sign celebrities up for this year’s show, despite reports the show’s bosses were “in crisis” over getting stars to “sign on the dotted line“.
The reports claimed the future of the show was also cast into doubt as an insider told the publication: “With the show being so up in the air, they have been told to try and get negotiations up to the final stage but then delay the signing of the contracts.”However, a source close to Strictly has exclusively told OK! online that so far this year, to process of booking celebrities is “is no different from any other year”.
He added in the caption: “After finishing last series with the Children In Need trophy and the Christmas Special I want to leave on a high and have therefore decided the time has come to move on and focus on other areas of my life and career.” “AJ would like to thank the team at Strictly and everyone at the BBC for giving him such a brilliant opportunity."
