Strictly returns to our screens this weekend
Strictly Come Dancing is back this weekend, with 15 new celebrities putting on their dancing shoes in the hopes of taking home the coveted glitterball.
The famous faces taking part in this year's Strictly competition were unveiled over the summer, with celebrities from popular soaps to athletes to TV legends.Amanda Abbington, Angela Rippon CBE and Layton Williams were revealed as the first three contestants on The One Show on Friday, August 4 while Krishnan Guru-Murthy was revealed on Claudia Winkleman's show on BBC Radio 2.
Adam Thomas was revealed as the eighth celebrity contestant on The Hits Radio Breakfast Show with Fleur East, James and Matt on Tuesday, August 8 and ninth contestant Nikita Kanda shared her Strictly news on the BBC Asian Network Breakfast.
