Two streaming pirates have been arrested in Cape Town following a MultiChoice and SAPS investigation.
MultiChoice announced that it, in conjunction with the Milnerton South African Police Services, has successfully conducted a raid on a suspected piracy operation in Cape Town, arresting two individuals in the process.
“This latest raid underscores MultiChoice’s determination to dismantle piracy networks and protect the intellectual property of content creators,” the company said following the arrest. suspected of selling login credentials and Internet streaming pirate devices towards the end of July.
