Brief heavy rain, small hail, gusty winds, lightning are possible in these storms. After sunset, storms taper and end, skies become mostly clear areawide as drier air moves into the region. Mostly clear skies are in store tonight, with lows near 50 degrees.
Clouds thicken early Wednesday, and scattered showers will move across the area in the afternoon, as a warm front approaches. Highs will be cooler, in the low 60s.A cold front will arrive Thursday, keeping scattered showers in the forecast. Highs will reach the upper 50s and low 60s.At the end of the week, temperatures will rebound to seasonable levels, in the mid-60s.Isolated showers are possible Friday.
