The latest episode of Screen Rant's video series enters the Upside Down and imagines the Pitch Meeting that led to Stranger Things season 4. Created by the Duffer Brothers, Stranger Things premiered on Netflix in 2016 and quickly became one of the streaming service's flagship series.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY After three years in the making, Stranger Things season 4 is now streaming on Netflix in its entirety, picking up eight months after season 3's Battle of Starcourt Mall. The new season follows various different plotlines, starting with those who remained in Hawkins as they investigate the mysterious and gruesome killings carried out by Vecna, while Eleven reteams with Dr. Brenner in order to regain her powers and defeat the formidable threat.
Stranger Things has changed a lot since it first premiered in 2016, though it's just as popular as ever, as evidenced by its ability to send a 37-year-old Kate Bush song to the top of the charts. Despite many of the questions viewers are left with after Stranger Things season 4, the super-sized batch of episodes proved to be an enjoyable experience for many. But as the Pitch Meeting video jokes, fans will have to check back in three years to find out what happens next.
