The posts offered several possible sources for the unusual lights, including UFOs or drones from the Imperial Beach Police Department, which is planning a drone light show for the Fourth of July.The San Diego Police Department told ABC News on Tuesday morning that the mysterious lights were actually flares being used for military exercises.
