StoryCorps is a nonprofit organization that aims to build connections and foster compassion by gathering and preserving the special stories of everyday folks. StoryCorps will be hosting a field recording event at MGM Airport, Saturday, Jan. 18 through Monday, Jan. 20. Community members can come and share their unique and inspiring stories and StoryCorps will archive them at the American Folklife Center at the Library of Congress.

Executive Director of MGM. “At MGM, we value the connections and stories that bring people together, and this event is a perfect way to celebrate our shared experiences.”. On site, you will get to share your story in a one-on-one conversation guided by the StoryCorps team.
