, on Tuesday were contending with little or no water pressure and a boil-water advisory as a result of line breaks caused by the frigid weather, theCrews were working on isolating leaks to restore pressure and dealing with complications at the main water-treatment facility in Mississippi’s capital and largest city, according to a news release Monday. The city said it would distribute water to residents at various locations until the problem was resolved.
