According to the report from Fox9, the teenagers—ages 14, 15 and 16—were later released from police custody. It was not immediately clear if the Dakota County Attorney's Office would be pursuing charges against them.reached out to Hy-Vee for comment, but the company is"referring all inquiries to the local police and fire department."also reached out to the Eagan Police Department for comment but did not hear back in time for publication.
