Video of man who allegedly broke into NYC apartment and raped woman
Cops caught a pervert who allegedly raped a woman after he broke into her Upper East Side apartment while she slept last week, police said Thursday.
Donovan Murphy, 28, was caught by the Fugitive Task Force Wednesday after using the 29-year-old victim’s credit cards across the Bronx, sources said. The accused sicko was slapped with multiple charges, including rape, strangulation, burglary and grand larceny for the brutal Sept. 28 assault near East 92nd Street and First Avenue.Murphy allegedly broke into the woman’s second-floor apartment and punched her in the face before choking and raping her around 3:40 a.m., according to sources.
