Stefon Diggs learned the hard way that pilates isn’t just a stretch.
The Texans’ new wide receiver was caught falling off a pilates machine during a workout alongside free agent running Leonard Fournette — and fellow Houston pass-catcher Tank Dell enjoyed the video clip thoroughly.
“‘Sh-t is not even that hard FR,'” pilates instructor Stefania Uche Okolie wrote over video of the Diggs-Fournette workout in her Instagram Story. “The camera roll determined that statement was cap.”“We needed the Fasther, Son and Holy Spirit,” he wrote.The 30-year-old began the 2023 season — his fourth season with the Bills — strong, leading the league in receptions.
