Authorities have issued a statewide Endangered Missing Adult Alert for a 68-year-old Richland County man who hasn't been seen since Friday. The Mansfield Police Department reported that Ronald Psimer walked away from his residence in the Wood Street apartments at approximately 2:50 p.
m. on Feb. 20. Investigators expressed concern for his safety, noting that Psimer suffers from dementia and has mobility issues. Psimer is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, weighing 175 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen using a red walker.
