Authorities are investigating a hit-and-run crash on Manor St. in Lancaster.
Pennsylvania State Police say the softball-sized rock went through the windshield and nearly hit the driver, and it's not the first incident like this.YORK COUNTY, Pa. — A softball-sized rock thrown from an Interstate 83 overpass around 12:15 a.m. on Saturday broke a windshield and nearly hit the driver, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Troopers are searching for the culprits accused of throwing the rock, saying similar incidents were also reported on Oct. 8 and Oct. 6. All three incidents occurred around the same timeframe. Officers say the rocks were thrown from the Reeser's Summit overpass at mile marker 37.9. The driver who was struck on Oct. 21 was traveling southbound, and cameras in the area captured video of two men walking from the area.WPMT would like to send you push notifications about the latest news and weather.
