Both Monday crashes in different areas of Franklin County involved a tractor-trailer.
Zahriah Balentine | [email protected] said the first fatal crash which was reported at 5:22 p.m., and involved a tractor-trailer and a pick-up truck along Route 30 at Mercersburg Road in St. Thomas Township. All lanes between Mercersburg and Campbells Run roads were still shut down as of 9:45 p.m., according to 511PA.
Another person died in a two-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle on Olde Scotland Road in Southampton Township, dispatch said. The crash was reported at 7:37 p.m.Pa.
