Jennifer Lawrence revealed she auditioned to be in the Twilight series while appearing on The Rewatchables. The Hunger Games actress shared, "I auditioned for Twilight, they turned me down immediately. I didn't even get a callback, but my life would have been totally different." However, she said how she handled her career would be similar to her post-Hunger Games projects, saying, "I have to churn out movies in between so that I'm not only known for this franchise.
"Zoey Deutch opens up about how she auditioned to play Katniss Everdeen in the Hunger Games franchise, in an episode of Lights Camera Barstool the actress revealed, "I screen-tested for Katniss, but knew I didn't get it, because in the screen test, he was like, ‘Why don't you read this other part?' But, yeah, that one was a little painful.
