The Stars forward celebrated his 26th birthday with a pair of goals during a. Both Hintz and Jason Robertson extended their point streaks to a career-high 10 games.
“It opened right up, and obviously Roope doesn’t make many mistakes all alone on the goalie,” Seguin said. “I didn’t see that because my back was to [Robertson], but he was yelling my name, so I heard that it’s coming to me and then I was just looking that I am alone there,” Hintz said. “But I didn’t know what happened there before that.”Defenseman Nils Lundkvist scored his first goal as a Star by circling the offensive zone and flipping a forehand over Bobrovsky. He almost fell down during his celebration into the boards.
