Stars hold off a late push by Seattle, tying up the best-of-seven series with Kraken at 1-1

The Dallas Stars held off the Seattle Kraken 4-2 Thursday night at the American Airlines Center, tying up their best-of-seven Stanley Cup Playoffs series 1-1. The Stars won on goals from Wyatt Johnston, Tyler Seguin, Evgenii Dadonov and Joe Pavelski, who scored four goals on his own in Game 1 despite Dallas losing the game in overtime.
For Seattle, Jordan Eberle and Tye Kartye found the back of the net with the Kraken's second goal coming late in the third period. Games 3 and 4 move to Seattle and are scheduled for Sunday and Tuesday nights. Both games are scheduled for 8:30 p.m.Check back and refresh this page for a full recap of Thursday night's game.
