Faksa has missed the last three games as a healthy scratch. He also missed Games 3 through 6 of the Vegas series with an injury. When he returned in Game 7, he wasn’t fully healthy, but he said Wednesday morning he has now recovered. “It’s tough to come back in a playoff series, but I already did it once against Vegas, so I know what to expect,” Faksa said. “Obviously, I would love to play. I’m kind of frustrated, especially I think I played pretty good, but we have really good forwards here, big depth and that’s what you need for playoffs.”Chris Tanev, who absorbed a big hit into the boards at the end of Monday’s game, and Smith, who missed the middle portion of Game 4, will both play Wednesday, DeBoer said.
