Heathside Trading Ltd. and MGM have made an agreement for the former to become a licensee for the massively popular Stargate franchise.
line of merchandise will launch in 2024 and will include “die-cast ships, prop replicas, and figures based on the Stargate library.” Not everything will be released at once, as the press release notes that the company will be putting out a “curated selection” of merchandise “over the course of the license.”
“The team at Heathside is known for their high-quality collectibles and the line they are releasing for Stargate is sure to delight fans of the franchise,” Robert Marick, Head of MGM Consumer Products stated. “Through this collaboration, we are continuing to offer additional ways for fans to enjoy Stargate well beyond the content on screen.”
