The new summer menu with some returning favorites hit Starbucks stores nationwide this week.
Starbucks summer menu for 2026 has officially hit coffeehouses nationwide, and it's filled with colorful and"tropical" drinks, returning favorites and a"magical," adorable cake pop. The summer menu hit stores nationwide Tuesday, according to an announcement.
Along with the new menu items, the Seattle-based coffee giant also rolled out scheduled ordering in its app, where customers can choose a pick-up time up to an hour ahead when placing an order. According to the announcement, the summer drink lineup includes new Tropical Butterfly Refreshers with layers of guava and passionfruit, with"bursts" of mango-pineapple flavored pearls.
"A splash of butterfly pea flower infusion, derived from the plant known for its vibrant hue, creates a colorful experience," Starbucks said, of the tie dye-colored drinks, which can be customized with lemonade, coconut milk, caffeine or Vitamin B. Familiar favorite Mexican-style horchata drinks will return to Starbucks' summer lineup, with the Iced Horchata Shaken Espresso and a new Horchata Frappuccino. On the food menu for summer, Starbucks says its"magical" unicorn cake pop will return, with vanilla-confetti cake dipped in white-chocolate icing.
Last summer, Starbucks' cake pop was a Strawberry, with strawberry cream cake mixed with buttercream and dipped in chocolate. Coffeehouses will also carry this summer Khloud White Cheddar Protein Popcorn, joining the brand's already sweet and salty counterpart on menus.
Finally, Starbucks also launched a line of"Road Trip" merchandise, featuring stainless steel tumblers, cold cups, mugs sticker packs, keychains, totes and picnic blankets.
