Star Wars: Legion is getting a major upgrade with customizable miniatures, new Starter Kits, and an array of exciting expansions featuring beloved characters.

Star Wars: Legion , a popular miniatures-based game focused on large-scale galactic battles, is getting a major update with the introduction of Customizable Commander and Operative packs. These multi-piece kits will allow players to create their own unique characters, going beyond the pre-existing iconic figures like Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker.

Building upon this customization, players can fine-tune their character's abilities and rules through doctrines, offering a level of personalization never before seen in the game. This feature extends to Jedi, allowing players to design their dream Force user, choosing their lightsaber masteries, style, and even the type of Force wielder they aspire to be. Beyond the exciting customization options, new Starter Kits are also on the horizon. Featuring 30-plus miniatures and all the necessary cards, dice, and tools to start playing, these sets represent the Rebel Alliance, Galactic Empire, Separatist Alliance, and Galactic Republic. Pre-orders for these kits are already available, with the Rebel Alliance and Galactic Empire sets launching in September, followed by the Separatist Alliance and Galactic Republic sets in October. For those who already have established armies, updates for the rules and cards are available through New Unit Card Packs, Command Card Packs, the Battle Deck Card, and the New Essentials collection. This collection includes the Upgrades Card Pack, Battle Deck Card Pack, and Essentials Kit. Rounding out the exciting announcements were details about Ahsoka Tano and Commander Ahsoka pack, General Grievous on his iconic Wheel Bike (with more mounted commanders to come in the future), and the WLO-5 Speeder Tank. The final reveals included the Weequay Pirates, led by HanOhnaka, and will be available as a Hobby Next exclusive.
