Modiphius Entertainment revealed this morning they have partnered with Paramount to produce a new Star Trek card game with Star Trek: Lower Decks – Buffer Time: The Card Game.
The team made the reveal this morning ahead of Gen Con 2024, as they will take on the world of Lower Decks with a 2-6 player game in which you must complete all of your tasks before the rest of the group. While the finer details of how the game will be played and will look weren't released yet, we do know it will be released later in 2024 through Asmodee.
Can the lower deckers squeeze enough buffer time into their duty rotation before the bridge crew figures out what's going on? This pick-up-and-play game will give both die-hard Star Trek fans and casual party game fans an easy way to enjoy the humor of Star Trek: Lower Decks, which will be available for £16/$20.
