The biggest stars and creative minds in the Star Trek Universe came together for Star Trek Day. Held at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles on September 8th, 2022, generations of actors, producers, and fans come together to celebrate the 56th anniversary of Star Trek: The Original Series airing in the United States.

You had a fantastic major guest role in Star Trek: Picard season 2. How happy are you with the way Q's story wrapped up? Pike is interesting. He's more casual. "Hey..." He's super casual. He'd be fun to serve under. He's also super compassionate. I think Anson [Mount] does an incredible job of bringing out a compassionate element that's so drastically different from any Captain we've ever seen. And I think it's also up to date to modern status.Star Trek has always been funny if you really look for it but now there's genuine comedy in Star Trek.
Melissa Navia: Yes, things are coming! It's so funny because we're not supposed to say anything, but we can also say some things. And then, of course, we'll announce some things when we're up on the stage. But yeah, I've been telling everybody: Things are coming. Patience is tough but patience is good because you'll be rewarded. I'll leave it at that.
