SIPITANG: Residents in several villages here are asking for help from Sipitang MP Datuk Matbali Musah and Sindumin Assemblyman Datuk Dr Yusof Yacob to resolve the prolonged stagnant rainwater problem affecting their crops.
SIPITANG: Residents in several villages here are asking for help from Sipitang MP Datuk Matbali Musah and Sindumin Assemblyman Datuk Dr Yusof Yacob to resolve the prolonged stagnant rainwater problem affecting their crops.
“Although the ditches were cleaned last week, the rainwater persisted until today, submerging our agriculture. “This is due to the rain that fell within a week, causing the rainwater to stagnate, even though efforts to clean the large ditches have been carried out,” he added.The residents asked authorities such as the Irrigation and Drainage Department to find a solution to save crops in the villages.
