Property developers plan to turn the site into several luxury homes.
Independent Sydney property developer Central Element snapped up the Bondi offering from Raine and Horne Double Bay/Bondi Beach.
The purchase includes 20-22 Sandridge Street and 21 Wilga Street, with six properties amalgamated across three lots.In all, the site covers just over 2000 square metres. CE now plans to develop several "ultra-premium apartments and houses at a scale not seen before in the Eastern Suburbs". CE said the new homes would have direct access to the Bondi to Bronte coastal walk, outdoor areas, swimming pools, secure parking and views over the beach.
