JOHANNESBURG - Fears of South Africans facing a bleak and cold winter season are starting to get real.
The struggling power utility says Unit 2 has tripped at the Koeberg nuclear power station.That was the only functioning unit at the station after unit 1 was taken offline for repairs in January.Eskom was initially meant to reduce power cuts to stage four on Sunday.
