“The candidate pool has been great. We are enthusiastic and excited about the candidates that applied and those who have been hired on. We do have to pause for a brief period of time while we get a federal VA survey but once we are past that, two more houses will open and we will go from 40 staff members to 120 staff members overnight,” Les Hogan, an administrator with HMR said.
This means applicants not hired for the first round are still eligible to be hired to fill the remaining positions. Applicants who have not heard back are encouraged to reach out.
