Stacey Solomon sparks speculation she's replacing Phillip Schofield on This Morning
Stacey Solomon has sparked speculation that she will replace long-term host Phillip Schofield on This Morning after posting a cryptic story to her Instagram.
Stacey's big announcement coming up in September coincides with Phillip reportedly leaving This Morning, as a source claimed he would be “ unlikely to return in September".An insider told the outlet: "This Morning is preparing for some seismic changes this summer — and Phil is lined up as the first major name for the chop when his contract expires this summer. It’s highly unlikely he’ll be back in September.
As it stands, recent reports came out claiming that both Holly and Phillip will be taking a week-long break next month to sort their issues out behind the scenes. Following the reports of Phil leaving the show, Holly has also been predicted to be leaving This Morning "within weeks".
