You only need to swipe it onto dry underarms twice at the start of each day or after showering for it to work effectively, and a refill should last between four and six weeks with daily use. When you're ready to refill, simply twist the case back to the beginning, squeeze the buttons on the side to disassemble it, and insert your new deodorant into the case.
