Down by seven, St. Ignatius faced a fourth-and-1 on the 3-yard line with 2:02 left in the game. Owen Colwell fought for two yards to get the first down and then scored on the following play.
Central Catholic’s offensive game plan was to get the ball to Tyler Morgan. Morgan scored twice on 35 carries for over 200 yards. On the next possession, a Wildcat fumble landed right in the arms of Zenaje Liggins. The Irish capitalize to take their first lead as Isaiah Fox threw a touchdown pass to Preston Fryzel.
