St. George woman arrested on multiple sex abuse charges told young child she was 'proud' of them during incidents involving the woman and her husband
ST. GEORGE, Utah — A St. George woman was arrested on multiple charges relating to sex abuse, including rape, involving a young child.Overall, Laura Ann Regg, 35, faces 15 counts following an investigation that began with a tip from the child's aunt in January.
The child described multiple instances of abuse involving both Laura Regg and her husband Travis Regg.
