'The Squad' has been highly critical of Israel in its war against Hamas terrorists.
Several members of the ultra-progressive "The Squad" did not join their Democratic colleagues Thursday in applauding the killing of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar.
“Yahya Sinwar was the mastermind of the largest massacre of Jews since the Holocaust and the murder of countless Americans,” Rep. Schiff “I want to salute Israel and celebrate the elimination of Yahya Sinwar—a necessary move for any future enduring peace,” he wrote. “Eliminating the mastermind of the 10/7 massacre is the definition of justice served. My vote and my voice for Israel will not waver.”“Dear American Media: Please do not eulogize Yahya Sinwar as a ‘father figure’ or a ‘moral compass’ or a ‘charismatic orator’ or an Abrahamic egalitarian fighting for ‘the equality of Muslims, Jews, and Christians,’” he wrote.
