Netflix has revealed a brand new Spy Kids: Armageddon video, highlighting the family legacy behind the action comedy franchise.
latest installment to the iconic action comedy franchise, which will be available for streaming on September 22.
In the video, Rodriguez opened up about how making Spy Kids: Armageddon was special since he got to collaborate with his four kids during the production of the movie. Each of them had a significant creative role on set, with Racer Max serving as a co-writer, Rhiannon Rodriguez as the concept artist, Rogue Rodriguez as the gameplay designer, and Rebel Rodriguez as the film’s composer.
Spy Kids: Armageddon is produced and directed by Rodriguez from a screenplay he co-wrote with son Racer Max. This marks Rodriguez’s latest project with Netflix after previously collaborating with their on another action comedy We Can Be Heroes, which is expected to return for a sequel. Joining Levi and Rodriguez are Everly Carganilla, Connor Esterson, Billy Magnussen, and D.J. Cotrona. The reboot is produced by Max, Elizabeth Avellan, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Don Granger, Gary Barber, and Peter Oillataguerre.Maggie Dela Paz has been writing about the movie and TV industry for more than four years now.
