Out of all the projects on famed filmmaker Robert Rodriguez's resume, the early 2000s franchise Spy Kids is the farthest departure from his usual fare.
Spy Kids: Armageddon Release Date The most recent Spy Kids: Armageddon news saw a release date reveal buried among promo images and footage from the movie. The Spy Kids: Armageddon release date is just around the corner, premiering on Friday, September 22nd, 2023. Unlike most of the Spy Kids movies, the reboot won't be shown in theaters. Rather, Spy Kids: Armageddon is going straight to Netflix. Spy Kids: Armageddon was confirmed all the way back in January 2021.
D.J. Cotrona is also reported to be a part of the Spy Kids: Armageddon cast, though it's unknown what his role will be. In addition, Neal Kodinsky and Fabiola Andújar have also been cast in Spy Kids: Armageddon. The crew for the Spy Kids reboot is equally impressive, with casting team Catherine Stroud, Mary Vernieu, and Michelle Wade Byrd already proving their worth in putting together a breakout ensemble.
