Cape Town Spurs have made a big decision in their coaching department following a poor start to the season.
Currently sitting bottom of the DStv Premiership standings, Spurs have decided to part ways with Shaun Bartlett, who led them to promotion via the play-offs.
In a statement on Instagram, Spurs said:"Following an extensive review and discussions with Shaun Bartlett and taking into consideration the current set of results - we have mutually agreed to the termination of the Head Coaches contract with immediate effect. "The club wish to place on record our appreciation for Shaun’s work during his time at the club most significantly promoting the club back to the PSL.
