The Sacramento Kings and San Antonio Spurs have made a trade just before the start fo the 2024-25 season.
The Sacramento Kings are trading away forward Jalen McDaniels to the San Antonio Spurs.The Spurs are also acquiring a second-round pick in this trade. McDaniels, 26, is a versatile defender who stands at 6-foot-9 and was set to enter his first season in Sacramento.McDaniels is going to enter his sixth NBA season. Although the trade just happened, the Spurs have decided to waive McDaniels.
Many don't expect much out of them this season, but everyone knows they will be a force to be reckoned with in a few seasons.In 248 career regular season games, McDaniels averaged 6.9 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.2 assists while shooting 33.9 percent from the field and 32.2 percent from three.
