ASHTABULA, Ohio - The Ashtabula County Animal Protective League wants you to “Spring into LOVE!” with reduced adoption fees in April.
ACAPL said the “shelter is blooming with amazing adoptables!” such as their longest resident, nearly 3-year-old mix named Pugsly who has spent a third of his life in their care.and of course, a lifetime of love! “We are bursting at the seams and cannot help any more pups or buns until we make some room!” ACAPL stated.
