The Spider-Man: Freshman Year voice cast for Marvel Studios' forthcoming animated series has been revealed.
, Marvel Studios has already enlisted the voice cast for its forthcoming animated series, which will explore an alternate timeline in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, where Norman Osborn becomes Peter Parker’s mentor instead of Tony Stark.
The Spider-Man: Freshman Year voice cast will be led by Hudson Thames as Peter Parker, Eugene Byrd as Lonnie Lincoln, Grace Song as Nico Minoru, Hugh Dancy as Otto Octavius, Kari Wahlgren as Aunt May, and Zeno Robinson as Harry Osborn.
The animated show is written and executive produced by Jeff Trammel. It follows Peter Parker on his way to becoming Spider-Man, with a journey unlike any we’ve seen and a style that celebrates the character’s early comic book roots. It is said to take place before the events of Captain America: Civil War.
Ahead of its debut in 2024, the series has also been reportedly renewed for a second season titled Sophomore Year.Maggie Dela Paz has been writing about the movie and TV industry for more than four years now.
