A truck delivering a menacing antisemitic message dripping in blood is owned by a speed-demon scofflaw who brazenly uses fake"ghost" plates to avoid tickets.
The Post was only able to review the truck’s violation record after a whistleblower too afraid to give her name provided a photo of the truck taken in April, when it still had legit plates issued in Pennsylvania.Two weeks ago, cops briefly examined the vehicle’s rear end and questioned whether the “license plate” and window tint were legal, but ultimately walked away without taking action.
