A Special Forces veteran was arrested over the weekend at the Pensacola International Airport on child sexual abuse charges.
lewd and lascivious battery of a child 12-16 years oldhaving sex with a victim 16-17 with a suspect over the age of 24 Walton County deputies took the report involving Souder on Wednesday, Aug. 28.
On Thursday, authorities conducted a search warrant on Souder’s property in Gaskin off County Highway 181 East which is set up as a shooting range for his business. Deputies say evidence collected during the search gave probable cause for Souder’s arrest.
