Additional voting was underway Friday afternoon and McCarthy supporters were working to flip more votes, and a another member did switch on the 13th ballot. Seven Republican dissenters still voted against the Republican leader, voting instead for either Jim Jordan of Ohio or Kevin Hern of Oklahoma.
