SPAIN holidays could be back on the cards for Britons as the Canary Islands negotiate with travel operators to finance coronavirus tests for holidaymakers. The move could help get quarantine rules lifted for those returning to the UK from the islands.
This joint initiative with tour operators has been put in place across other countries.
