The Polaris Dawn mission, being carried out by SpaceX and Jared Isaacman, has been delayed at least 24 hours due to a helium leak on the ground.

“Teams are taking a closer look at a ground-side helium leak on the Quick Disconnect umbilical,” SpaceX said in a post on X. “Falcon and Dragon remain healthy and the crew continues to be ready for their multi-day mission to low-Earth orbit. Next launch opportunity is no earlier than Wednesday, August 28.”mission has been in the works for quite a while, with the program announced all the way back in February 2022.
