SpaceX calls off today's Texas launch of its Super Heavy rocket

SpaceX founder Elon Musk warned this could happen. During a conversation Sunday night on Twitter Spaces, he said the company was being cautious because it didn’t want to damage the launch pad. That could take months to repair. SpaceX decided to treat Monday as a wet dress rehearsal, where it practices fueling the rocket but doesn’t ignite the engines. It will be at least 48 hours before it attempts to launch again.
